Evacuation of east side residents near Bellmont High School becomes necessary. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:35 AM EDT Monday the stage was 23.5 feet and steady. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near 23.5 feet today and then begin slowly falling.
