For the following areas... Nearshore and Open Waters from South Haven to Grand Haven MI... At 1044 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 8 nm west of Grand Haven Light to 28 nm east of Wind Pt., moving southeast at 30 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Locations impacted include... Saugatuck Pier Heads, Port Sheldon Harbor, and Holland Light.
