Southwestern Harlan County in southeastern Kentucky... * Until 830 PM EDT. * At 647 PM EDT, the public reported flash flooding in Ages, Cubage Hill, and Brownies Creek. Between 1 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall is possible across the warned area later this evening. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Public reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
