County.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EDT Friday, especially around the time of
high tide.

* IMPACTS...Water is expected to approach buildings near King
Street and Union Street..

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
normal. The next high tide at Alexandria is at 7:45 PM and 8:03
AM.
