Water levels are falling, but flash flooding is ongoing. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding in and around the Paria River. SOURCE...River gauge reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of areas in and around the Paria River. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Paria Canyon, Paria River Slot Canyon and Lees Ferry.
