* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 930 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooded roadways
across the warned area. The Little Kanawha River gauge at
Grantsville has risen above action stage, or 34 feet, and
continues to rise.

Grantsville, Arnoldsburg, Mount Zion, Millstone, Orma,
