Northwestern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...

* Until 630 PM MDT.

* At 455 PM MDT, county officials reported the Rincon Arroyo has
breached levees near the Rincon water treatment plant. Flood waters
are expected to threaten structures in the area.

FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Rincon. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS
SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
