* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Light to moderate rain showers will continue across the southwest
mountains through the morning, with scattered showers and
possible thunderstorms, developing across the region through the
afternoon. Rain, locally heavy associated with the afternoon
showers and thunderstorms, will exacerbate ongoing flooding
issues across the eastern San Juan mountains and Upper Rio Grande
valley.
