South Central Kane County in southern Utah... * Until 445 PM MDT. * At 142 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across Buckskin Gulch, Wire Pass, and the Wave. Up to 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
