* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Platte River near Agency.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening to Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Low-lying areas east of Agency begin to
flood. At 25.0 feet, Flooding begins at the east border of Agency.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
Thursday evening to a crest of 23.2 feet early Friday afternoon.
It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
