South Central Ross County in south central Ohio... * Until 1030 PM EDT. * At 727 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
