* IMPACTS...Roads are closed and impassable due to flooding. Deadly
flooding over low-water crossings.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1028 PM MST, Arizona Department of Transportation reported
several roads closed, including State Route 77, 264, and 374 due
to flooding in the warned area. Water levels are expected to fall
through the overnight as rain comes to an end. Flooding is
ongoing.

Holbrook, Dilkon, Ganado, Kykotsmovi Village, Snowflake, Taylor,
Joseph City, Pinon, First Mesa, Hotevilla-Bacavi, Shongopovi,
Keams Canyon, Second Mesa, Greasewood, Nazlini, Low Mountain,
Tselani-Cottonwood, Tees Toh and Birdsprings.

Interstate 40 between mile markers 261 and 269...and between mile
markers 275 and 321. Business Interstate 40 between mile markers
275 and 289. State Route 377 between mile markers 1 and 33. State
Route 277 between mile markers 313 and 336. State Route 77
between mile markers 353 and 408. State Route 264 between mile
markers 365 and 454. State Route 87 between mile markers 348 and
406. Highway 191 between mile markers 391 and 437. Highway 180
between mile markers 308 and 335.
