* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Docks and piers are completely submerged at
Pier 44 Marina. Many docks are partially submerged at Hontoon
Landing Marina.

- At 8:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 4.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 3.5 feet.
- Forecast...At Deland, the river has reached a crest of 4.0 feet,
and is expected to begin a slow decline into Action Stage through
early next week.
