Northern Freeborn County in south central Minnesota... Southern Steele County in south central Minnesota... Southern Waseca County in south central Minnesota... * Until 500 AM CDT. * At 107 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in southern Waseca county along the MN Highway 30 corridor. Between 5 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
