The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northwestern Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico...

* Until 915 PM MDT.

* At 713 PM MDT, Thunderstorms moving into the Mesilla Valley south
of Rincon and north of Radium Springs will bring another round of
flooding to Highway 185. While only a half inch of rain is expected
in the next 30 minutes, very saturated conditions will result in
renewed flooding on area arroyos and low water crossings.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
