Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Henderson, Mercer, Louisa
and Des Moines Counties.

Mississippi River at Gladstone LD18 affecting Henderson and Des
Moines Counties.

Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Hancock, Lee, Henderson
and Des Moines Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Burlington.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning to late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects low lying buildings and homes
in Montrose and Niota.

- At 11:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
