* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east and northeast Texas, including the
following counties, in east Texas, Angelina, Nacogdoches and San
Augustine. In northeast Texas, Cherokee, Rusk and Smith.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Areas of showers and a few embedded thunderstorms associated with
the remnants of Edouard, will continue through the afternoon
across portions of East and Deep East Texas. Widespread rainfall
totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5
inches, have fallen across much of the Watch area since Wednesday
morning, with additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches
expected through this afternoon, with isolated higher amounts
possible. Given that the grounds are nearly saturated, any
additional heavy rainfall will quickly run off and cause flash
flooding.
