Northern Randolph County in north central Missouri... Sullivan County in north central Missouri... Adair County in northeastern Missouri... Southern Schuyler County in northeastern Missouri... * WHEN...Until 315 PM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 909 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and thunderstorms continuing to move eastward across the region. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. This warning replaces the flood advisory that expires at 915 am. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
