Northern Lawrence County in northwestern Alabama... * WHEN...Until 1000 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 701 AM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of northwest Alabama. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible across the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
