Central Martin County in western Texas... * Until 1045 AM CDT. * At 744 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported showers producing heavy rain in the warned area. with several roads were underwater across Stanton. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
