Saltwater Barrier...Moderate flooding is forecast.
For the Village Creek...including Kountze...Major flooding is
forecast.
For the Pine Island Bayou...including Sour Lake...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Major lowland flooding will occur.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this afternoon to a crest of 23.3 feet tomorrow morning. It will
then fall below flood stage early Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
