* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, The bike trail is closed east of Water St.
Water affects portions of other bike trails.

- At 3:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.0 feet, and falling.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.1 feet
this morning. It will then fall below flood stage late this
morning.
