* At 1240 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Strasburg to near Delta to near Cockeysville,
moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
possible.
