* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following counties in Illinois, Cook, De Kalb, DuPage, Will, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, La Salle, Lake, and Lee, as well as Lake County in Indiana. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding of low lying and flood prone area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rain, heavy at times, is expected this afternoon into early this evening. Rainfall totals of 2 inches or more in just a few hours could occur within the more intense rainfall corridors.
