possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Kansas, including the following areas, Johnson
KS, Leavenworth and Wyandotte and west central Missouri, including
the following areas, Clay, Jackson and Platte.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Training storms with localized heavy downpours are expected this
evening through early Wednesday creating suitable conditions for
flash and river flooding.
