* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wabash River near Linn Grove.

* WHEN...Until Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Secondary roads are blocked. Roads near the
east side of Geneva begin to flood. Some evacuations may be
required and property needs to be transferred to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 12.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 9:45 PM EDT Tuesday was 13.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet
tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday
morning.
