* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of south central New Mexico, including Otero County and portion of far west Texas including El Paso and Hudspeth Counties. * WHEN...From Saturday evening through late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected to move through the region between this evening and late Saturday night.
