Water also approaches the village of Arkoe. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 18.9 feet this evening. It will then fall just after midnight tonight. It will rise to 22.3 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
