This helps provide higher confidence in these river forecasts. ...REPLACES RIVER FLOOD WATCH... * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville. * WHEN...From this evening to Thursday night. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Saulsbury Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.5 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 14.9 feet early Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
