* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Highway 34 west of Broadway Street begins
to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
evening to a crest of 24.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will
then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
