gusts 55 to 65 mph possible. Gusts over 65 mph possible near the
Cajon Pass. For Saturday, winds will turn more easterly with gusts
35 to 45 mph, strongest below the San Gorgonio Pass.

* WHERE...San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland
Empire.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult for high
profile vehicles.
