Navajo County in north central Arizona... * Until 1115 PM MST. * At 613 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain in the upper portions of Canyon Creek. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks, streams, and normally dry washes. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Chediski Mountain and Chediski Peak.
