* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Southwestern Muskingum County in east central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 500 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to
excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1041 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding along
Cannelville Road to the east of Roseville. Flooding is already
occurring. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain fell overnight.
Additional rain of less than 0.5 inch is expected into early
afternoon.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Zanesville, South Zanesville, Philo, Fultonham, Cannelville, East
Fultonham, Duncan Falls and Blue Rock State Park.
