Central Lubbock County in northwestern Texas... * Until 800 AM CDT. * At 607 AM CDT, the public reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
