Southern Burke County in western North Carolina... * Until 245 PM EDT. * At 157 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 11 miles southeast of Morganton to 17 miles northeast of Forest City to 9 miles southwest of Marion, moving southeast at 15 mph.
