* Extreme Wind Warning for...
Southern Guam in Guam...

* Until 530 AM ChST.

* At 326 AM ChST, Andersen AFB Doppler radar indicated extreme
winds, associated with the northern eyewall of Typhoon Champi,
were moving onshore from Talofofo southward, moving west at 15
mph. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND LIFE-THREATENING SITUATION!

* Locations impacted include...
Talofofo, Inarajan, Merizo, Santa Rita, and Umatac.
