Local gusts to 70 mph below the San Gorgonio Pass. * WHERE...San Bernardino County Mountains. * WHEN...From 6 AM Thursday to 8 PM PDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will weaken and become more localized into Saturday as winds become more easterly.
