possible.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Texas, including the following
county, Stonewall.

* WHEN...From this evening through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rain possible Wednesday evening into Thursday morning, with
swaths of 1 to 3 inches of rain possible.
