HAZARD...Wind gusts to 45 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Small craft could be capsized in the suddenly higher winds and higher waves associated with this cluster of thunderstorms. * Locations impacted include... Biorka Island and Whale Bay.
