* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Rural areas along the river which are not
protected by levees flood.

- At 9:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
this evening and continue falling to 13.4 feet Monday, October
12.
- Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
