Rockford is water-covered and closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet
this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after
midnight tonight.
