* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arizona, including the following
areas, Hualapai Mountains, Lake Havasu and Fort Mohave, Lake Mead -
AZ side, Lake Mohave - AZ side, Northwest Deserts and Northwest
Plateau and Nevada, including the following areas, Lake Mead - NV
side, Lake Mohave - NV side, Las Vegas Valley, Lincoln County,
Northeast Clark County, Sheep Range, Southern Clark County, Spring
Mountains-Red Rock Canyon and Western Clark and Southern Nye
County.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT /5 AM MST/ Monday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water
crossings may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms capable of
causing flash flooding will remain possible through early Monday
morning as moisture from Rachel lingers and interacts with an
incoming low pressure system.
