* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall which occurred over the last couple of days is expected or ongoing. * WHERE...Northeastern Conejos County in south central Colorado... Southwestern Alamosa County in southeastern Colorado... * WHEN...Until 900 AM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding will occur in low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 852 AM MDT, flooding was occurring along the Rio Grande River in low lying and agricultural areas.
