* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas, including the following
counties, Jewell, Mitchell, Osborne, Phillips, Rooks and Smith and
Nebraska, including the following counties, Adams, Buffalo, Clay,
Dawson, Fillmore, Franklin, Furnas, Gosper, Greeley, Hall,
Hamilton, Harlan, Howard, Kearney, Merrick, Nance, Nuckolls,
Phelps, Polk, Sherman, Thayer, Valley, Webster and York.

* WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Through Thursday afternoon, most of the area will see additional
rounds of mainly light to moderate rain, with embedded pockets of
heavy rain. Cumulative rainfall totals of mainly 2-5 inches are
expected, with the highest amounts expected to mainly focus
within counties south of Interstate 80 and down into north
central Kansas. Although most areas will not experience flooding,
isolated to scattered instances of flooding or flash flooding are
possible, especially across areas still saturated from heavy
rainfall last week.
