East Central San Jacinto County in southeastern Texas... * Until 1045 PM CDT. * At 832 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 6 and 16 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
