* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following areas, San
Rafael Swell, Bryce Canyon Country, Southern Mountains and Upper
Sevier River Valleys.

* WHEN...Through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, dry washes, slot canyons, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations such as slickrock areas and recent burn
scars.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Deep tropical moisture will continue to bring the threat of heavy
rainfall to portions of southern and eastern Utah through
tonight. Additional rainfall totals of 0.25 to 0.50 inches, with
locally up to 1.25 inch will occur in this area. The flooding
threat will be exasperated by already saturated ground, with area
streams, creeks, river and other waterways already running high.
