* WHERE...East Central Willamette Valley, North Oregon Coast Range,
West Central Willamette Valley, Cascade Foothills of Marion and
Linn Counties, and Lane County Cascade Foothills.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 11 PM this evening to 9 AM PDT
Friday. For the Freeze Watch, from Friday evening through Saturday
morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
