* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...South Central Pinal County in southeastern Arizona...

* WHEN...Until 800 PM MST.

* IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from
earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing
water. It will take several hours for all the water from these
storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 253 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
in McClellan Wash.
- An automated stream gauge located at McClellan Wash and the CAP
Canal reported a stage of 11.5 feet. At 12 feet, flooding is
possible downstream in the town of Picacho and Eloy.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Picacho and Eloy.
- This includes the following highways...
Route 87 between mile markers 116 and 117. Interstate 10 between
mile markers 212 and 221.
