* At 659 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near The Vicinity
Of Trent River, or 14 nm west of Oriental, moving southwest at 5
knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
suddenly higher waves.
