Warning.

* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Jones, Lyman, and Buffalo.

* TIMING...From 10 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening.

* WINDS...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 17 to 21 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
